Just a great experience from start to finish. Really easy to work with, they explained the entire process, had good prices, came out to my place a few times to work with my contractor to make sure everything was right. Even after the sale I contacted them a number of times to get some ideas on adjusting some things that came up from my contractor later and they were very responsive! Live the door and the fact that it completely frees up the ceiling in a garage! No opener and rail for the door taking up useful storage space!

Erick and team were fantastic to work with through this whole process! Communication and instructions and cost breakdowns were very clear! The installation team worked hard and effectively and stuck to all promised timelines. The referral to the electrician as well was great with great prices! I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking to install a rolling garage door as we did! Thanks again for the great service! Ken

Fantastic experience with these guys installing our roll-up laneway door in Cabbagetown. They were super-responsive, reasonably-priced, and the whole inspection/quote/installation process was fast and efficient. I was impressed that they even presented us with options for salvaging parts from our previous roll-up door for cost and environment savings, in addition to a completely new system. I had to call them a full year after the initial installation to fix a problem with the door (caused by a car damaging a part, not related at all to them or the install). Nazar responded within minutes and was happy to help fix the problem--awesome service! I can't be more satisfied than having them do this job.

Our roll up door was the perfect solution in our limited space. The intallation was quick, flawless and very neat. The end to end process from initial quote to installation was a very pleasant experience. The door is attractive and operates smoothly. Overall an excellent product backed-up by a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I purchased a used roll up garage door privately. I needed to program the limits and did not have the directions. I contacted this company and Eric responded right away. He walked me thru the process and eventually I got what I needed. Eric went above and beyond helping me even though I had not purchased from them. I will certainly be calling them when I need new doors. Thank you Eric

Great company to deal with. Knowledgeable, and best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Always quick to reply. Great product (RUF55) at a fair price, which is refreshing considering some of the other greedy quotes I received. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service, from the very first person we spoke to trying to help over the phone and even sending instructions for troubleshooting to having a technician out to the store in under 20 minutes when we realised the issue was beyond our scope. The staff are lovely, helpful and determined to fix the issue and now we have a fully functional garage door and will definitely use Rolling Doors again!
